Sorry for the bad lighting but anyone know what this sushi is called? I want to make some. (ignore me using a nutcracker as chopsticks)

  1. Imitation crab stick, cucumber, avocado in an uramaki (rice outside) is called a California roll. Looks like it is topped with eel sauce (a sweet soy sauce reduction) and spicy mayonnaise. The crunchy stuff on top looks like coarse tenkasu, or tempura flakes.

As an aside, most non-traditional roll names are completely arbitrary and many restaurants will have near identical recipes with completely different names. Look for ingredients over names.
