I just withdrew my salary from ATM and noticed the serial numbers on the notes are in order, i.e.I have notes from xxxxx401 and xxxxx402 like this up to xxxxx411. I wanted to know if it is rare or if I am just surprised by a common thing.
Why would that be uncommon? Fresh cash has to be inserted into the system somehow, do you think they would just shuffle them before delivery for fun?
Has happened many a time for me. I like the smell of a freshly printed banknote. But as to it being worth anything, probably not. List it on mercari and see if it gets any bites I guess?
