There are some kanji characters that some systems can’t read or use. My last name’s “Taka” (髙) is one common example. Computers that can’t read it have to substitute it as (高).
I was literally having this issue, except I bought a physical keyboard and the characters in windows dont match the ones on the keyboard. せ doesnt exist apparently.
I haven’t had any issues with Google keyboard for Android
I don’t even know what you mean — what characters are missing? Are you using romaji input or trying to use kana input? Is this a phone flick keyboard or a full keyboard?
