Good afternoon internet people, I’m looking for places with wisteria that are pet friendly. I’ve got two small dogs and a stroller for them. My wife loves wisteria so I’m trying to find a place where I can bring both her and the dogs. I can rent a car or ride the train, so as long as it’s within about an hour and a half of Central Tokyo that’s okay.
Unfortunately Ashikaga flower park does not allow dogs.

Saw people with little dogs last year at Kameido Tenjin wisteria festival, dogs being dressed up for pics and all 😀
