When I first came to Japan I remember enjoying the bar at Otsuka. It was western style, order at the bar and then mill around. Cheap drinks, diverse crowd.
Looks like it’s shut down now and/or converted to a Ukrainian restaurant. Anyone know anywhere with a similar vibe?

Never been there but used to go to Broseley’s and Titan’s a good amount when I lived at Sugamo. Just don’t over-drink and wander over to the pinsaro around there…too many grannys.
Are you sure it’s closed? Or has it moved somewhere? Sorry if this is not helpful but I remember seeing a sign for it somewhere recently.
If we talking about the same bar, the owner was sketchy af. Hope his business got rekt by the rona.

There’s this Jeremiah Tokyo in Shinjuku.. but I don’t think it’s cheap. But the cocktails are top-notch though😌
