Just thought I’d share this flower made with spicy Mayo and eel sauce I made, thought it looked cool 🫡 I work at a sushi restaurant and I’m always looking for ways to make my plating a little more unique.
It’s a nice flower, but I hate the pretense that comes with sushi these days. I just want a piece of fish on some vinegary rice. And then multiply that by like 50.
This looks beautiful! It looks like those impression paintings where they coat a real thing in ink and press it onto paper. How long does it take to make something like this? How small can you make it?
