My foreskin has always been a little tight around my head and so I’ve been doing stretches that I’ve seen online for the past few months. Although there has been some “expansion”, I recently read online about steroid creams that could help speed up the process.
I think it’s time for me to visit a urologist so I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good urologist in Tokyo (preferably English speaking) that treats issues like this. I was also wondering if anyone with a similar experience could share what they did to help loosen their foreskin.

The doctor at Nakamura So Clinic in Azabujuban speaks English and is very knowledgeable.
Wanna be Ueno man? Seriously though you might need a little snip if stretching hasn’t worked. Months without it stretching out then ya you need a doctor.
And don’t be embarrassed this is a very common issue.
Edit: oh and I hear st lukes is good. Phimosis is what it’s called by the way.
I dealt with a bout of phimosis once for a few weeks in my mid-twenties. It was kind of alarming, but I never went to a doctor and it thankfully went away on its own in a few weeks. Googling says topical steroids work really well against phimosis, so +1 for going to a doctor and trying that method. Once you can get it all the way back, make sure to frequently pull it back to keep the skin loose.
It’s best to go to a clinic as soon as possible. I don’t have experience with this in particular, but I had another issue that I put off for 10 years and it ended up being so easy to treat. Don’t put it off, just go.
I actually had a similar situation all my life up until I was 19 years old. It got to the point where it was effecting my relationships so I went to a doctor about it back in the UK.
Apparently, it’s really not all that uncommon, about 1 in 10 guys have this particular issue. For me, it meant a trip to the hospital, a quick operation and some stitches. So I would absolutely recommend going to a doctor and don’t panic if they mention anything about an operation. My only regret is that I didn’t go to the doctor sooner to get it sorted out.
