Mitsubishi has some “Engineering Dictionary” free resources in Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, Russian, Italian, Portuguese, German, Polish, etc.
There are PDF downloads (The English has 3 columns: Kanji, romaji, English).
Alternatively, the “FA Terminology Translator” software is a bit clunky but has kana pronunciations.
Additionally, there are some training videos but I am not sure if everything is free to access.
