I’m sure you all know the age old screenshot youtube/an anime, throw the image in google translate, get the words highlighted and click the individuals for quick meanings.
But… the extra 5 million steps is taking all the time away from learning it.
Does any know a program that has an “always on top” floater, that I can just click and it’ll freeze frame and scan what I’m on? I wanna just be able to click whatever lyrics are on a video or sign in the background of a show and continue on my merry way. Especially with NON copy able texts

There is KAKU for android
Yomichan is an absolute champion for a pop-up dictionary. It is a tool I used on a daily basis, and is lauded by many in the community. Can’t recommend enough.
If on browser, use Yomichan. Otherwise, set up a screenshot tool like ShareX with https://github.com/kha-white/manga-ocr
