Bad Shrimp?


I got a shrimp tempura at a restaurant near me and the shrimp had a really gritty and fishy flavour, has it gone bad or am I just crazy? The attached picture is what I pulled out of the roll.

  1. If you gave me ten thousand chances to guess what that was, shrimp would not be one of those guesses.

  2. Gritty is bad, may have been intestines left. I wouldnt eat that.
