I need help finding a study abroad/ language program in Japan

Hello everyone. I’m very interested in study Japanese in japan. But I’ve struggled trying to look for a program in japan.

For some context I’m an adult and I dropped out of school a few years ago. The college wasn’t a good fit and I needed to focus on other things in my life. But that’s where I struggle with finding a program. Many Japanese universities require you to be in collage and/or have recommendations for college. And I’ve come across a lot of scam sites, it’s been a bit frustrating lol.

I was hoping if anyone here has any recommendations for programs I could apply to, or know where there’s a good place to start.
