Bringing 14 month supply of birth control

Hey there! I’m applying for a Yayu Kakunin-sho so I can bring over birth control. My doctor prescribed me 14-months worth as she thought I’d benefit from having an extra pack or two in case I stay longer. I know import certificates typically are for bringing in a year’s worth of supply, but Does anyone know if u can bring over more than a year?? I’ve scoured the ministry of Labour’s FAQ and website and can’t seem to find info about this.
