Hello all,
Where can I get blood tests like CbC, B12, vitamin D and copper level blood tests in Tokyo? I tried going to a dermatologist, apart from it being very expensive, she looked at me like I was crazy..if nothing is wrong with me why would you want to do blood tests 🙈

Better question would be.. If you’re a resident here why you don’t have insurance?
You’re not going to get cheap specific blood tests anywhere unless you go through your health insurance, which you can’t as you have no symptoms. So you can either make them up, which would be quite unethical, or pay up.
And yeah, of course the dermatologist looked at you like you’re crazy… what did you expect? XD
I don’t think a dermatologist would generally do a standard blood test.. if you have an internist.. they would probably do it if you mentioned you haven’t had one in a while .. don’t feel great . etc..

What did you tell the dermatologist when she asked you why you wanted to do blood tests?
Why would you go to a dermatologist if you want blood tests taken? Are those tests related to possible skin diseases and problems?
