Looking for souffle pancakes, I was always planning to go to Gram but it appears they are all bankrupt in Tokyo? They have a hon atsugi branch I see but it’s a little far.
Also I have found blogs from a few years ago, but all those cafes and restaurants they feature seem gone too. Where should I go for this now? I had some awesome souffle pancakes in Korea, want to take my mother to get some in Tokyo this weekend.

They have a few stores in Tokyo, including Ginza, omotesando, and ikebukuro.
I would also just try searching “パンケーキ” or even just pancake in English and see if there’s anything nearby that looks good based on pictures and reviews. Found a few places nearby by just doing this.
The coffee shop Musashi no Mori has good souflee pancakes.
Flippers is a great chain for soufflé pancakes!
Micasadeco is still open and was always better than Gram.

Hoshino Coffee does them, they seem to have a lot of locations. You could also see if there’s a Shonan Pancake near you.
