Has anyone else from the UK received a refund for tickets they bought for tokyo disneyland, we applied on the same day that the form was available and still nothing. Does anyone know if there is a way for us to chase it up or how long it’ll take?
I’m not from the UK, but from Australia. We didn’t hear anything and we ended up calling them and they were very nice and happy to provide the refund immediately.
Now I’m really grateful we didn’t buy our tickets in advance. Last time we purchased through Klook, but this time we were having trouble buying them from America. After several failed attempts and calls, we decided to just get them at the disney store when we arrived.
I’m in the UK and I applied using the Japanese language form (with some creative Google translating).
I got my refund exactly a month later. Straight to the card I paid with
You can always try getting redress through your credit card company – let them fix it.
We got ours in May 14th. Applied middle of April.
They refunded to our credit card, despite them initially asking for a bank account to deposit the money into.
