Amazon Japan Process Assistant job review?

I got an offer from Amazon Japan to work as a process assistant at one of their warehouse, and I would like to get some reviews about this job or just any information and / or advice you can provide?

My main concern is how the switching between day and night shift affects you, the work you do (from what I gather from their [employee’s interview](https://www.amazon.co.jp/b/ref=s9_acss_bw_cg_PASA_6c1_w?node=7960170051&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=merchandised-search-9&pf_rd_r=FEW4H8E8T423YZ4A9WGQ&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=795c1ece-2d53-4338-8a1a-4923d9fc7dcf&pf_rd_i=7840790051), some are doing a lot of 出荷作業? and they all leave at 5PM?), and is it worth it?

I have read on the contract that there is a strict policy on information you can disclose, so I guess that is why all reviews I can find on [OpenWork](https://www.vorkers.com/user_answer.php?vid=a0A2x00000CpDKu) are not very helpful.

Some background: The job will be shift based and I may be switched between day and night shifts constantly, total working time per shift is 10 hours, 3 days off per week. Base salary per month is 320k. 14 days off for the first year.

My current job is a normal 9 to 5, so I am a bit hesitant about switching to shifts.

My Japanese is alright, however I often find it difficult to follow meetings and write reports at my current workplace.

Thank you
