I suggest you go to your local Japan Post bank and ask them there. They will provide you with the right info. That is basically what I did when I wanted to transfer, and they were really helpful.

I don’t even think Japan Post can accept international payments? Why else would everyone use Wise or all the other services?
Japan post is pretty complicated. I recommend WISE for international transfers.
Check the JP-Bank website for the correct info. I think you need to use the intermediate bank as well as the beneficiary BIC code
