Haven’t had a day of paid leave in over a year and have accumulated 35 days of paid leave.
My company has gone down hill since the start of the pandemic and management has become unbearable. Almost finalized with a new job.
How to tell them I quit and use the remaining days of paid leave. Worried they will try to find a way out of not paying me. Is it possible to say I quit XX days out, say from May 20th till June 24th and use my remaining paid leave to get paid?
Any advice or experience with this is welcome
