I’m trying to immerse and read more. I can google vocabulary but it’s difficult to google and understand grammar and structure.
I loved how Cure Dolly broke down this simple story bit by bit, and explained the grammar in each sentence.

Are there any more such videos or similar resources in books/podcasts? It’s not the same as reading an english translation of manga, I’m looking for something that explains the grammar rather than just giving a translation.
