The one you named chu toro is probably the yellowtail with shishito pepper.
And the one you named kinmedai / madai is the shima aji with garlic chips.

Sushi Lin is one of my favorites! Great presentation and price. Nice flavor competitions. My only gripe is that a couple of the flavor combinations don’t make sense. I have only had the one in Brooklyn and now they are opening a third in BK Heights!
