Any tips to get more rigorous with grammar ?

Hi all,

I have been studying Japanese on and off for a couple of years now but still find myself mixing up some grammar points, especially when it comes to verbs. Some basics are understood, but I still feel like I sound really weird sometimes when I speak out loud.

Is there anyone that has the same issues, or any tips in particular that you could share ?

I was thinking of restarting from zero when it comes to grammar points to refresh my memory but I was wondering if there was another solution/method.
