2. Fugu is fugin good! 😆 It’s got a soft, tender mouthfeel and such a delicate flavor profile. And I love the way it leaves my tongue a bit numb. Kinda like Szechuan peppercorns.

6. How was the flavor? I wanted to try fugu on my recent trip but my wife has tried it and said it wasn’t worth the cost because the fish itself was quite bland and not nearly as good as other expensive products like ootoro/uni etc
