I have an upcoming Job Interview fully in Japanese (IT Field), I would like to know if you have tips or resources for the most common questions.
I have had interviews before here in Japan but they were fully in English or with an interpreter present. I am attending a language school and in July I will take N4 JLPT exam.

I don’t know how you could possibly do a full job interview with N4-level Japanese. You simply don’t have the capacity to express yourself to the degree that would be required in a job interview
There are tons of resources out there:

If I were in your place, I’d make a big list of possible questions and prepare a list of answers to memorize in advance.
One thing you could try is, paying for a tutoring session on italki and ask them to go through your list of questions pretending to be your job interviewer.
Good luck!
I think you’d need at least N2 for a job interview, and if you need a specific resource I’ve found this one book to be helpful for business situations 「ビジネス日本語オールインワン」
You can find it on amazon.jp
OP, if you are actually going to be interviewing for a job, practice with a native Japanese speaker in mock interviews.
What job will you be interviewing for?
