Most places I’ve looked at have honestly been pretty average quality. Would love some recommendations for a place/person who can do intricate manga panel tattoos please!

Invasion Club in Osaka. Anime/otaku style tattoos are Hori Benny’s bread, butter, and honest raison d’etre. Also, he’s really, really good.
