I’m applying from the uk and am one of the people who lost documents in the recent website break (you’d know if you lost them they’ve sent emails out) but I had already submitted my application and so can’t upload documents like they suggest. I emailed jet the way they said but they haven’t gotten back to me. Just wondering if anyone has advice or is in a similar situation.

I’m in the US, so I don’t know if it’s the same with the UK, but our application portal lets us upload documents even after we have submitted our application.

What do you mean by lost documents? Is this due to the recent downtime?
If they emailed you about it, I’m sure that they know the problem exists and can fix it for you! So don’t panic!
