Would someone kindly recommend me if there are any available web novel in japanese with audio? Maybe something beginner friendly (around N4-N3 Level). I just want a title, but if you also provide me a link or sources that I can buy or read online then I would appreciate it.

Try the Satori Reader app. I read about it in this sub last week. Haven’t tried the app yet due to the busy schedule.

If you wanna read while listening I would recommend you Read Aloud, a chrome/firefox extension and T2S, an android application where you can read aloud (TTS) any kind of webpage. I’ve already used the last one on ncode syosetu, so go ahead and try it.
