Bought a California roll from the store and topped with my own crawfish volcano roll topping.
Mixed the crawfish tails with spicy mayo and broiled for 10 minutes, then put them on top of the roll and broiled the whole thing for 2 more minutes. Delicious, I might just make the topping and eat it sometime
