Can I get lump sum nenkin after getting PR?

I already have PR, and have paid nenkin less than 10 years.
Can I get lump sum nenkin?
And if it’s possible, will that affect my PR eligibility?

  1. My understand is that you need to give up your residence status for 6 months or more before you qualify for lump sum nenkin
