   こりゃあ随分大きく出た**もんだ**なぁ

   I know it’s short form of ものだ but what meaning is it used for here?

2. Hope someone could explain to me the correct meaning of this part
   いったいいくらするのやら。(my guess but not sure : “How much money did it cost ?”)
   A character just found a very expensive looking ring in the school’s garden. Looks like it belongs to a princess, who just rescued a cat stuck on a tree.
   芝生の上でキラキラと輝いているものを拾い上げる。
   指輪？
   無色透明の大きな宝石が付いている。
   １００円ショップで売っているオモチャの指輪とは、どう見ても輝きが違う。
   もしかして、本物？
   落とし主は――。
   「ッッッ！？」
   全身から冷や汗が噴き出る。子ネコを見つけた時より動揺している。
   もしかして、あのお姫様が落としたもの！？
   こ、こんないかにも高そうな指輪。
   **いったいいくらするのやら。**想像しただけで、足元が震えてくる。
   ――早く届けてあげないと！

3. So I was trying to come up with some practice sentences and I wanted to say “my brother made it” (as in “he crafted it”), and I came up with “兄が作りました”. But when I put it through a translator it gave me “兄が作ってくれました”. Could anyone one help me with the difference between the two?

4. How do I say “long time no see” when talking to someone over text?

5. In No game No life’s movie Jibril introduces herself by saying “どうぞお見知りおきを” and I’ve literally never heard anyone say that before. I know Jibril is known for speaking in a quirky manner, but is this even a real way of introducing yourself?
