  1. I was just making this today for the first time! I had amazing kabocha from a Hawaiian place forever ago and was thinking about it for some reason the other day. Then I found one at the store so of course I had to make this! The one I’m trying to replicate was served ice cold, so I haven’t been able to try mine yet

  2. Recipe? I had this in Japan as a side dish for a traditional Japanese breakfast and I loved it.
