My Filet Mignon roll


This seems like a good place to show this, I made this roll for a friend on sushi night because she does not eat seafood, It was a hit at the table
Inside: seared fillet, cream cheese, cucumber and avacado.
Top: saute mushrooms, green onions, chives and Hoisin sauce.
