Made sushi for the first time with my besties for my birthday!

My hubby and I met up with two of our buds for my birthday and they surprised me with a little sushi party! It was so much fun (and so delicious)! We had fresh scallops, tuna, and surimi to work with and went a little bougie with some ikura roe and caviar. I will say… rolling sushi is v hard so excuse the extra lopsided rolls… those were mine. 😭😂
