I’m trying to play arcade stage zero, and after linking my facebook, I put the access code in but the website says I have to play atleast one game with the card? but I tried to with initial d but it didnt work. Is it because the initial d machine was offline?

I don’t know anything about linking Facebook with an aime card, but if it’s similar to an e-amusement card, you need to use the card once at any supported game. Once you do that, you can add it to the account on the website. The game needs to be online in order to use these cards – the data is stored on a server. The card just tells the server what information to pull. Nothing is ever saved to the card.
Where are you playing? In Japan, Initial D Stage Zero may already be retired from the Aime network.
The current version is “Initial D The Arcade” (I think they’re on Season 3 now). You need to play with an Aime card first before being able to register your account on the Aime/Sega website.
