Seems a couple of shops refer to Strip Cucumbers.
This one looks like it’s chunks / wedges of cucumber.

This is good, I recommend it as a side dish or otsumami.
The “baby strip” term is probably just bad translation.
Aokappa is pickled small/baby cucumber and is crunchy with a salty/gingery flavor with lots of umami. The cucumbers are cut into small medallions and are intended to be a palate cleanser.
The link you provided is a Chinese pickle in a light soy sauce and tastes different from the Japanese aokappa kyuri.
