If you find one you like, you can try searching in Google for that name. It might turn up a link to buy one but I suspect many are promotional goods.
One more option that you can definately get is [Tokushima Vortis soccer club uniform/t-shirt](https://shop.vortis.jp/category/item/1326/) as POCARI SWEAT is their sponsor.
Punyus has some tshirts with foods and drinks on it but they’re quite expensive like ¥8000. Shimamura occasionally has T-shirts with food brands on it like Peko chan, the Calbee giraffe etc. Might be worth checking if they have it. Donki with their quirky T-shirts might be an option too as is the touristy area around Takeshita street (if you’re in Tokyo).
Redbubble has a few. Can’t guarantee they’re originals….
Wish, more than likely. You get what you pay for though.

This seems like a post about shopping, maybe your question is solved by [the wiki page](https://www.reddit.com/r/japanlife/wiki/shopping)?
