2. Buffets are great for anything but sushi and this is coming from a sushi chef. I’ve worked at a buffet way before I became a chef and the people used to squeeze out excess water from their crab salad/sticks in a mop bucket squeezer. I wouldn’t trust it but to each their own 🙂

18. The comments in here are just not it. Not everyone has access to omakase or has the means of making fresh sushi. For a lot of people this is a good experience. Let people enjoy things
