Rocky Romero is the current NWA World Historic Welterweight Champion, winning it off Volador Jr in January at a Super Viernes show in Arena Mexico. That match was really good and is worth watching. This will be the rematch.
Edit – Looks like they also had a match on 3/17/2013, which was a Hair vs Hair match that Rocky lost. Doh!
