Greetings from Australia. I’m seeking information? I have several Antique Japanese glass fishing floats. The floats are old enough the original rope netting has disintegrated. I’m trying to find a supplier of the type of cord that was originally used. Any help appreciated.

Fishing ropes and nets used to be made of hemp that used to grow naturally in Japan.
(they were low in THC but it was known to make you feel “drunk” when you boiled them in a big kettle for processing which people apparently hated back then… )
