Soy Cured Tuna Bowl –
fresh tuna, avocado, sticky rice, dragon sauce, scallions, cilantro, pineapples, seaweed, wasabi peas, gochujang
Shiso Crazy Salmon Bowl –
scottish salmon, coconut lime glaze, everling coastal shiso, pineapple, seaweed, & sticky rice
The combinations of flavors and textures were so savory and delicious. The tuna was like jelly-fied because of the soy treatment. The texture was so smooth.
The salmon dish was on the sweeter side but still had plenty of savory moments. All the textures mixing together were phenomenal. 10/10 I can’t wait for my next trip to VA beach to get more!
Looks delicious and fresh! Being 7.5 mos pregnant…. I want this so bad right now! May ask for a poke bowl after my baby is born.
