17 day trip(1st time) Tokyo,koshu, Kyoto, tsumago, Nikko

Finalizing a trip to Japan for my first visit. Was hoping someone could take a quick look at the itinerary and advise if I’m making any fatal blunders. Thanks so much, and any advise is greatly appreciated

5 Days: Tokyo

Day 1-

Owl Café- Ginza

7am(go in morning)-4pm(pay in cash to enter and for monkey food)- monkeys- monkey park is 1 hour hike to the monkeys

Park to monkeys 15 min walk

Day 10-

  2. Thanks for the concern! But don’t worry, my baby loves bullet trains and temples. Dates: April Fool’s Day!

  3. I don’t suggest any exotic animal cafes including the owl one, they’re unethical and honestly really sad.

  4. The nakasendo trail -Magome to Tsumago.
    Don’t underestimate how long it can take. I walked it today actually and it took nearly 4 hours. Its very up and down and the stretch from Magome to Magome Pass is all in direct sun and up hill ( if you start at Magome)
    The busses and trains around that area are also sometimes only once per hour so make sure you time it well.
    It’s a great walk however, I did love it. Just took a long time
