Docomo eximo to ahamo

Has anyone faced the issue when trying to change from Docomo eximo to ahamo?, basically I follow the ahamo webpage specifying I already have a Docomo line, however the site doesn’t recognize I’m on a Docomo line, saying the following:

ドコモ回線を利用してください

手続きを続けるためにはドコモ回線を利用する必要があります。
Wi-Fi等の他の通信回線を利用している場合は、ドコモ回線に切り替えた後「手続きを続ける」を押してください。

I already turned off the wifi and make sure Docomo is the only line active (no esim), but still can’t get past that message, has anyone face that issue before? How to fix?.

I just signed the eximo contract 1 day ago.

  1. Do you have private DNS turned on? (something like dns.adguard or etc)? this has caused problems with “line detection” for me before.

  2. Is Eximo using different APN settings or carrier profile than regular? I know for OCN in the past that was the case and that might have an effect.
