I am out of the country for vacation and realized that my credit card will be expiring soon on the account and wanted to access my YMobile account to update it. Trying to do this through the web outside of Japan (phone number login and PW) doesn’t seem to work. Is there something I’m missing or will I just need to do this by calling in or when I arrive back?

You might need to use a VPN service. Yahoo blocks a bunch of their sites from outside of Japan, so if you are using the correct phone number and password, that’s probably what it is.
