This is a serious post. Be grown ups.
Western women and for sure Spanish say this. I just had a shower thought if Japanese women also say it since I’m getting closer to the point where I would need to learn and understand Japanese sex phrases.
I’m actually wondering the more I think about it if daddy is a phenomena no matter a women’s background.

…No.
To begin with, there’s not even any one word that correlates with ‘daddy’, as the translation depends on the context, and none of the words are used in the same sexual context.
What? You’re getting closer to what?
I wouldn’t say phenomenon, but yes, the phrase “daddy” IS USED despite the other comments talking about how there’s no word for it and whatever. It’s “パパ”, “papa” and if in bed is most definently used in the same sexual sense as calling someone daddy in bed. Is it common among Japanese women? I don’t think so, but the phrase is used more popularly by people with that type of fetish.
I think it’s more of a learned behavior, and influenced by Western culture.
I don’t say it because personally it’s weird and cringy to me, like you have incest relationship. I’m also not yet married to my bf and currently childless so there’s no context where I would call him daddy or any variations in Japanese. But for married Japanese women with children, they tend to call their husbands パパ a lot. When talking to their children, even when talking to the husband, they refer to them as パパ as a nickname so there’s a possibility that that happens to other scenes as well…
I have no input from my friends as most of them are single with 0 bfs (that’s okay, and they’re okay with it) and we don’t really talk about sexual stuff as it’s embarrassing if you know someone personally.
So if you want some further reading, I’ve found some where people are confused and don’t understand why you would call someone daddy:

no , japanese women do not use dady or パパ in a sexual way . And how does that relate to you being able to read “japanese sex phrases” ?
“Be grown ups” if the op is nonsensical it is not wrong for the interlocutor to reply in the same spirit.
“since I’m getting closer” I… is that a double entendre ?
“if daddy is a phenomena no matter a women’s background” no. Absolutely not . Why would you make that assumption?
