Cheap and quick, get what you pay for IMO but has its reasons
Like chain anything, some of it’s good, some of it’s awful. Same goes for independent restaurants too.
If you paid under $18 for that then good deal.
Looks delish
For someone who lives in a rural area, chain sushi is a god send.
Chain sushi is better than no sushi
Sometimes it’s better because its fresher due to their supply chain.
Good in a pinch to satisfy that urge
That imitation crab speaks for itself
Nope. I’d rather have a burger.
It depends on the individual store. Some are good, some are bad.
Grocery store sushi is just fine. Not gonna win a michelin star, but always good for “ohhh look, sushi”. If its covered in three types of mayo and full of cream cheese though, there’s always a trash can nearby.
For me, it absolutely has its place. I’ll obviously not get sushi from places like 7-11, and I feel bad saying that Trader Joe’s sushi is kinda terrible, but I do enjoy most supermarket sushi. Whole Foods is surprisingly good.
Pre-made sushi has it’s place. Sometimes I want to savor a filet mignon, sometimes I want to inhale a Big Mac. For pre-made sushi I prefer Whole Foods, I like their sushi rice the best when it’s not from a Japanese restaurant.
It looks pretty good.
I mean, that looks terrible to me.
I never.
As long as the chain is named Sugarfish, then it’s excellent.

A bit too much iron for my taste
