Hi all,
This is the first time that I couldn’t access my phone app. It ask me to update my address and information and everytime I changed and filled in the new information on smbc direct website it always said connection cut. I couldn’t find a customer service number as well and the only customer service number there on google is SMBC Prestia?
Has this issued happened to anyone here?

What browser are you using to access smbc? If chrome, try IE or edge.
