Third attempt! What do you think?


After my post last week, I did some research, ended up finding a course on Udemy by Dan Yang and for 15 bucks I got a break down of everything I needed to understand at this point with making my own sushi. He was thorough, to the point, and a great instructor in the video series he made. I’m more than excited about the knowledge this has set me up with. My biggest problem was the rice which his recipe nailed it.
My knife work and maki rolling/ presentation need work but overall pumped about the improvement.
