The rice on the salmon sushi looks too much, making them look a bit dinky.
Ive made some red pepper “tuna” nigiri in the past, was really good!
I had raw sushi for the first time with my wife and it was delicious 😋
I must say you used way too much rice on the nigiris, but they look kinda adorable. Like a sumo style nigiri ahah
I understand you wanted to make it look like a piece of fish, but the tomato choice looks so unappetizing.

On the nigiri — you should be using about 1/3 (or maybe even 1/4) the amount of rice that you have there.
