Sashimi at home


Going for a second attempt.
Bought some farmed salmon from costco.
This time I am salted the salmon for 30 minutes. A few pieces I soaked in rice vinegar for 2 minutes. A couple pieces I did not. I’ll update with pictures on which I think is better.

  1. You should try salt and sugar curing, it’ll pull out even more moisture and even out the flavors
