2. Just saw a video of this same thing last night from Dancing Bacon. They said the cream colored stuff was yam; they mixed with rice.

3. Love Gyukatsu, that looks amazing. I’m hoping someday soon a place near me will have it! Until then I guess I have to keep going back to Japan on a regular basis.
