I’m obsessed with seared scallops, so I made these spicy seared scallop sushi bowls!

  1. The recipe is pretty simple, just slice scallops, dot with a little Japanese mayo, sear with a culinary torch, then top with chili crisp. Serve over a bed of seasoned sushi rice with your favorite veggies.

    I’ve been making a lot of sushi bowls recently, it’s a lot easier than rolls and nigiri in my opinion so it’s a much faster way to do sushi at home!
